Menopause Counselling

For many women, it can be an emotional rollercoaster, bringing profound changes physically, emotionally, and mentally—and without the right support, these challenges can linger for years.

While symptoms like hot flushes, disrupted sleep, and changes in your body are widely recognised, the emotional impact is often less talked about, yet just as real. You might be experiencing:

  • A sense of mental fog or forgetfulness
  • Sudden mood swings, anxiety, or deep sadness that seems to come out of nowhere
  • A loss of motivation or drive
  • Feeling disconnected from loved ones, or struggling to explain what you’re going through
  • A sense that your joy has faded
  • Feeling emotionally numb or distant

These feelings can be frightening, especially when they’re hard to name or understand. But please know this: you are not alone, and you are not losing yourself. What you’re experiencing is valid, and you don’t have to go through it in silence.

Sometimes, simply being heard can be the beginning of healing. Together, we can gently explore what you’re feeling, and find compassionate, practical ways to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity.

I chose to train as a menopause coach because I deeply understand how isolating and overwhelming this journey can be. My goal is to offer not only emotional support, but also tools and guidance to help you make meaningful, manageable changes at your own pace.

Whether you’re seeking emotional clarity, coping strategies, or simply someone who truly understands what you’re going through, I’m here to support you in a way that feels safe, respectful, and right for you.

“Give yourself the same care and attention that you give others and watch yourself bloom”
